Clean room, convenient location, with a lovely air conditioning unit that kept the room comfortable during hot days and easy access to nearby metro stations for exploring the city.

Staff - friendly and helpful. Location - excellent, the entire street is for walking so there is no traffic noise, one can reach everything by foot. Very very clean and tidy. Corridors are lovely furnished. Excellent value for money. With elevator and 2 front doors closed for safeness.
The walls are not soundproof and it was noisy.

+ hotel is located in the city center, just on the shopping street + it is possible to arrange with the hotel staff to left belongings in a locked room after the check-in + hairdryer can be borrowed at the reception + daily cleaning
- WiFi connection is unstable and faint, possible to use only near the reception - no independent key, need to ring to the reception via intercom to enter the hotel area

It's perfect location right on Fuencarral street, bars, and restaurants. The staff were friendly, always cheerful and ready to help. My room was clean and I appreciated the daily housekeeping.
Thin walls let in noise.

Everything was perfect, welcoming staff, excellent location very close to the shopping street, and the centre next to the grand via metro station. The property was in the heart of the city. Had nice dainties at Zenith Brunch & Cocktails, located minutes away from the hotel.

Broken fixed shower hook!!! Some floor tiles shifted when walked on!!! Would appreciate attention to these maintenance details!!!

Centrally located, right on Fuencarral street! I loved the daily housekeeping that kept my room tidy, and the air conditioning worked well , essential with the summer heat. The room was clean with a comfy bed, perfect for resting after exploring Madrid. The walls were quite thin was nice. A minor inconvenience was the absence of drinking cups in the room. If you want to be in the heart of the action, this place fits the bill well for the price.

The stay offered a fantastic location just minutes from the main attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready with recommendations. The air conditioning was inadequate, which detracted from the overall comfort of the room. While the shared bathroom was clean, it could benefit from more frequent maintenance. The salads served were good and worth a try.
